Delivery Terms
Original Fine Art Painting Delivery Terms:
Please note that all original paintings quoted on the website DO NOT include delivery. The cost of delivery will be calculated after purchase depending on your location. We advise that in advance of a purchase of an Original Painting you contact Milli Art directly to discuss delivery details.
Canvas Print Delivery Terms: Free UK delivery on canvas prints. At this time canvas prints cannot be sent internationally.
Delivery is estimated 2-3 working days from date of order. Please allow up to 5 days in busy times of the year. Sent wrapped with bubble wrap.
Signed Limited Edition Print Delivery Terms: Free International delivery on paper prints
All Signed Limited Edition Prints are printed to order and will be sent from Milli Art's UK studio in a postal tube with Certificates of Authenticity.
International Delivery Terms
Delivery to Europe will take up to 10 days. International delivery will take 10 -14 days.
Our prices do not cover the International customers local taxes (ie. any import taxes or sales taxes you may have in your country). Any such taxes or fees imposed by your country will be collected by the courier before releasing your order to you. We may change courier partners from time to time and we reserve the right to charge for delivery, and are required by law to declare the full value and contents of your order for customs and insurance purposes. International delivery usually takes up to 14 working days from your order.
We do not take responsibility if you change your mind and do not accept your order when delivered to you. We will have no choice but to charge you for any additional costs.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your print we will be happy to refund you, provided that you return the print in its original packaging and original condition within 10 days of receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit, so advise that you use an insured, trackable courier service.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
No Exchange on Prints
Prints are printed to order. If you are unsure about the choice of print for a gift please contact us and request a Gift Voucher so the recipient can select the print of their choice!
